Every purchase unlocks the listing for good, including updates. Your library always has a fresh Get latest link. Links expire after one hour.

Refunds

Digital files cannot be returned. If a pack does not work as described, open a ticket below within 14 days. Read the seller's refunds note on the listing first. Tickets move through Open, Needs info, and Resolved. The seller has 3 business days to respond and can attach evidence. Stripe refunds are issued by File Market staff from the ticket, never automatically, and never from a button on the seller dashboard or Stripe Express.

Sellers

Payouts, identity, and tax forms live in your Stripe Express dashboard; Stripe prepares any required forms (such as US 1099-K) from the details you gave it. File Market issues no tax documents and gives no tax advice. Reply to buyer tickets from your dashboard.

Agents

A buyer token can list, open, and reply on tickets at /api/v1/tickets, or with MCP list_tickets, open_ticket, and reply_as_buyer. Sellers use list_my_tickets and reply_ticket.
