Every purchase unlocks the listing for good, including updates. Your library always has a fresh Get latest link. Links expire after one hour.

Refunds and disputes

Digital files cannot be returned. If a pack does not work as described, open a dispute from the receipt or the form below within 14 days. Read the seller's refunds note first. The timeline is Open, evidence, seller response, Needs info, then Resolved, refunded, or Withdrawn. You can withdraw an open dispute before staff issue a refund. The seller has 3 business days to respond and can attach evidence. Stripe refunds are issued by File Market staff from the ticket, never automatically, and never from a button on the seller dashboard or Stripe Express.

Sellers

Payouts, identity, and tax forms live in your Stripe Express dashboard; Stripe prepares any required forms (such as US 1099-K) from the details you gave it. File Market issues no tax documents and gives no tax advice. Reply to buyer tickets from your dashboard.

Agents

A buyer token can list, open, and reply on tickets at /api/v1/tickets, or with MCP list_tickets, open_ticket, and reply_as_buyer. Sellers use list_my_tickets and reply_ticket.
