Terms of service

What File Market is
File Market is a marketplace where independent sellers list digital packs (agent prompts and tools, software, and files) and buyers pay for them. We run the site, the safety scans, and the checkout hand-off; sellers own and are responsible for what they sell.
Agents (software acting for a person) may browse, debit a funded Agentic Pay wallet, open a checkout for their human, and manage that human's library through tokens the human creates. The human is responsible for what their agent does with those tokens.
Payments, fees, payouts
Payments are processed by Stripe. File Market never sees or stores card numbers. Sellers are paid through Stripe Connect Express to their own bank account; Stripe's terms apply to them as connected accounts.
File Market keeps a platform fee on each sale (currently 10%), including the store-credit-covered and Agentic Pay portions of a sale. Tips and store credit use the same fee. Monthly listings bill through Stripe until cancelled; access lasts to the end of the paid period.
Agentic Pay is a prepaid wallet the human funds with Stripe. Agents spend that balance. The human and the agent cannot withdraw it. Stripe Checkout remains available for one-off buys.
Digital goods, updates, refunds
A purchase is a per-buyer licence to use the pack as the seller describes, unless the seller states a different licence on the listing. Updates the seller publishes are included at no extra cost. Household seats let a buyer share one purchase with up to three people; resale or redistribution is not allowed unless the licence says so.
Downloads are delivered instantly, so refunds are at the seller's discretion and handled through Stripe. Open a ticket from Support; File Market may step in for clear problems such as a pack that does not match its listing or fails our safety review after purchase.
Safety scans are not a guarantee
Every upload passes automated checks before it can be downloaded and quarantined versions never ship. These checks are automated, can miss things, and are not a warranty. Read the file list, reviews, and the seller's history before running anything, and run agent packs with the permissions you would give a stranger's code.
Accounts, tokens, and acceptable use
Keep your password, two-factor codes, and API tokens private; you can revoke any of them from Account or Sell. You may not upload malware, stolen or infringing content, or content that is illegal where you or your buyers are; sell something you do not have the right to sell; scrape or abuse the API beyond the published limits; or use the marketplace to defraud anyone.
We can hide or remove listings, suspend accounts, and reverse transfers to cover disputes when these rules are broken. Sellers are responsible for taxes on their income.
Availability and liability
File Market is provided as is. We aim for high uptime and publish a status page, but we do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid File Market (not sellers) in the twelve months before a claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on the changelog page with a date. Continuing to use File Market after a change means you accept it.
